The Red Devils will not rent, sell, or disclose without permission personal information about donors with third parties not representing The Red Devils. At the time a contribution is made, donors may indicate whether and how their names or contact information may be used. All solicitations and other promotional materials will provide a means for donors and others to request that their names be deleted from similar mailings. The Red Devils will immediately remove the donor’s names from any lists upon request. Once a year, the organization will provide donors information about how to request that their names not be shared outside the organization.
Philanthropy is based on voluntary action for the common good. It is a tradition of giving and sharing that is primary to the quality of life. To assure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in nonprofit organizations and the causes they are asked to support, we declare that all donors have these rights:
